Saxon
offer a uniquely flexible range of packages to promote
and support the careers of individual race drivers.
We tackle the issues which drivers find it difficult
to do themselves – from assistance in securing
financial support to personal presentation and promotional
techniques to “ full – house “ management.
Our driver services represent tremendous value for
money and are possibly the most cost effective in the
motor sport sector.
In order to help drivers generate funds these days,
much personal development has to go on away from the
race meetings themselves. Our training and development
program has been designed specifically for this purpose
and includes training in motivation and self-awareness
as well as courses on managing yourself as a race driver.

We
have further expanded our training with the introduction
of personality and aptitude tests, developed for the
purpose of objective assessment we use results to accelerate
driver selection and development programs. This process
is aimed at ensuring that Saxon can select the best
racing talent for the track.
Young drivers are tested using an Occupational Personality Questionnaire. The
profile is then compared to that of successful drivers. This not only highlights
drivers with potential to win championships, but it also gives important insight
into the individuals risk taking behavior, how they perform under pressure and
their motivations.
Although there is no single personality that spells success on the circuit there
are certain characteristics that successful drivers share. By using personality
and ability tests we can spot those that have real potential. We then use the
results to develop a tailored support program that is designed to maximise
a drivers chance of success.
