Over the last decade we have continually strived, through persisted re investment, to expand and improve our facilities. In addition to keeping up with technological advancements within the industry we have also recognized that staff development, through training and experience, is fundamental in providing our customers with the highest possible service.
The result of this means that we can now offer the following in house services:
- Fully equipped mechanical repair workshop including the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Fabrication shop working with steel and aluminum mediums that incorporates:
CAD design process
- Bespoke tubular fabrications including MSA approved roll cage manufacture and fitment, exhaust systems and catalytic converters, wishbones and bracketry.
- Motorsport chassis and shell preparation
- CNC and Lathe machining and precision fluid cutting
- Tig and Mig welding services
- Wiring loom design and construction compatible with all makes of engine management systems.
- Engine management mapping and engine set up on Dynometers.
- Custom made Carbon Fibre products including spoilers. Splitters, diffusers, door cards, dashboards etc.
- Flat floor suspension set up for corner weights and geometry
