Modern diesel technology has created an era of a new tuning market.
Today's new generation diesel engines feature high pressure direct injection and variable boost turbo chargers that are electronically controlled by an engine management system.
Whilst this technology has been common place in petrol powered vehicles for decades the very nature of how a diesel engine works means that they are infinitely more tunable than their petrol counterparts.
Since recognizing this emerging technology Saxon has invested considerable time into understanding and developing modern diesel engines. Ultimately this has resulted in us developing a new breed of Motorsport vehicles powered by turbo diesel technology. In 2008 Saxon entered a TDI powered VW Lupo into the Silverstone 24 hour race finishing third in class.
We are now offering the benefit of our experience in the form of tuning packages for the road or race track.
